Drawing from my background in behavioral health, social work, and organizational psychology, my approach combines evidence-based coaching, practical nutrition, and behavior change strategies designed to work in the real world.

I recognize that health is influenced by more than individual choices, which is why I focus on realistic, sustainable approaches that meet people where they are.
